Commercial Partnerships & Funding Manager

Part-time to start (3 days/week) | Remote/Hybrid (London preferred) | Progression to Full-Time & Director Role

About Us

Hotshots Academy is one of the fastest-growing grassroots football programmes in the UK -- coaching over 10,000 children and working directly with schools, communities, and global partners. We're now entering a rapid expansion phase, with a league of our own (the Hotshots League), a pipeline of potential partnerships, and international launches.

We're building more than a football brand -- we're using the power of sport to build confidence, communication and collaboration in the next generation of leaders.

Now we're looking for a Commercial Partnerships & Funding Manager to fuel that mission -- someone who can secure powerful partnerships, attract sponsorship, and unlock funding to scale our work nationally and internationally.

Your Mission

Secure sponsorships from brands aligned with youth, sport, and education (e.g. kit, food, media, tech sponsors) Win strategic partnerships with Multi-Academy Trusts, councils, national sports charities, and grant bodies Develop commercial proposals and co-create campaigns with partners that are win-win and impact-driven Manage relationships with funders, sponsors, and institutions to ensure retention and results Deliver growth -- generate income, resources, and reach through aligned commercial strategies

What You Bring

A track record of building B2B or B2G partnerships (2+ years in commercial, partnerships or fundraising) Confidence creating and pitching proposals to senior stakeholders (schools, brands, councils) Experience in sport, education, youth or social impact (or a deep personal connection to the cause) Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset -- you can spot opportunities and act quickly A genuine belief in sport as a force for good, and the ambition to build something with legacy

Pay: 26,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
