Our commercial and planning team based in Eye, near Diss, is growing and we are looking for a

Commercial Planning Administrator

. We are looking for an individual who can operate in a fast-paced, professional and friendly environment. You should be a detailed-oriented problem solver who is unfazed by finding solutions to issues that arise.


This is a varied role whose core focus is to provide administrative support to our commercial and planning team.

Duties will include:

Managing any delivery issues, including complaint handling and administration Updating system administration and preparing / presenting reports Ordering placement and creating customer quotes Building and maintaining relationships with customers Maintaining contact with customers and account managers, when required Prioritising work in the Business Support inbox Supporting with planning, sales and logistic requirements

Experience and knowledge:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident user of Microsoft office, especially Excel Previous experience required in business support / customer service (desirable) Exceptional attention to detail
