The Commercial Planning Assistant Manager supports Commercial Director in managing Gross-to-Net

(GTN) and wholesale planning across the full cluster of skincare brands

This strategy role also provide supports to the National Account Managers in managing key accounts,

ensuring seamless planning execution of commercial strategies across retail and e -commerce

channels. This role plays an integral part in driving sales and operational performance, assisting with

forecasting, inventory management, promotional planning, and the execution of marketing campaigns

in collaboration with multiple teams. The Executive ensures smooth coordination between internal

departments and external partners, helping meet both short - and long-term business objectives.

What This Role Does

Gross-to-net Management



Created wholesale planning for budget construction Work with SNAMs / NAMs to consolidate, track, and report wholesale planning and landing

position by retailers.

Work with SNAMs / NAMs consolidate and manage commercial spends to be in-line with

budget and Financial KPIs. Troubleshoot and provide recommendation where necessary.

Provide GTN report and work with commercial finance, and commercial director to ensure

delivery of Net Sales and NOPs.

Support Commercial Director and General manager in ad hoc GTN analysis to support

strategic decisions.

Coach and supervise National Account Coordinator to manage GTN for assigned brands.

Operational & Account Management Support



Provide operational and administrative support to the National Accounts team, ensuring

smooth communication with retailers.

Manage allocation of new product launch pipeline, GWP, sets, and other sales building

blocks to support the brands' and retailers' growth ambitions.

Support the management of retailer accounts, ensuring that wholesale targets are consistently

met.

Lead Christmas and holiday campaign from commercial perspective to provide insights and

recommendations, manage allocation, and provide report and analysis of the campaign.

Monitor product availability and communicate with retailers regarding stock levels, new

product launches, and other relevant updates.

Assist with tracking and updating new line forms (NLF), ensuring timely submission and

execution.

Sales & Forecasting Support



Assist with the management of sales budgets and provide insights into sales performance,

helping influence future strategy.

Collaborate with the Commercial Planning team to create sales forecasts and track progress. Provide insights and recommendation in collaboration with Demand Planning team on

launch sizing and forecast of hero and trending products.

Assist in managing excess stock, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to

optimise inventory.

What This Role Does

Coaching, Build Collaboration & Communication



Provide coaching and supervision to Commercial Planning Executive (x1 FTE) and National

Account Coordinator (0.5 FTE) to upskill strategic planning, GTN management, administrative

and technical capabilities.

Liaise regularly with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Education teams to ensure

alignment in the execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with retailer contacts to ensure smooth operations and

resolve any issues promptly.

Coordinate and support retailer and team communications, ensuring all stakeholders are

updated on key events and product launches.

Commercial Planning & Reporting



Provide data and insights for commercial planning, supporting the creation of reports for

senior leadership.

Assist in preparing presentations and supporting documents for monthly business reviews and

external strategy meetings.

Work closely with the Commercial Planning team to ensure that the business plan is aligned

with inventory levels, retail strategies, and marketing activities.

Account Management Ownership



If required, manage assigned retailers, develop account plans, negotiation, and execution to

deliver growth and commercial KPIs on Retail, Net Sales, NOP

What You Will Need To Be Successful In This Role

Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and

deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships

with internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using sales

and inventory management tools.

Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to influence commercial decisions. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across departments. Experience in retail, sales operations, or a similar field. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions to achieve business objectives.
