We're expanding our plumbing team across the
South West and South Wales
due to increased demand across long-term contracts. To keep workloads sensible and avoid burning out our engineers, we're recruitingfive Maintenance Plumbers
as part of a planned team expansion.This is
not
a replacement hire.Jobs are scheduled for you, but once you're on site, you're trusted to get on with it. No micromanagement. No nonsense.

That's roughly4-5 weeks on call per year

.What you'll do
Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across client sites Fault finding, repairs, and minor install work Work to a realistic, pre-planned schedule Take part in a
properly managed 1-in-12 call-out rota
What you'll need
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience) Experience in a maintenance or mobile role Full UK driving licence Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
What you'll get
Salary up to 36,000
