Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in large commercial buildings such as office buildings, factories, and retail spaces. The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems meet local building codes, industry standards, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:



Installation & Maintenance:


Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing systems in commercial settings, including domestic water services, heating services and sa

Troubleshooting & Repair:


Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and broken pipes. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing situations.

Drawings & Code Compliance:


Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and ensure proper installation. Follow local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure safety and compliance.

Pipe Fitting:


Perform pipe fitting tasks as needed for larger commercial projects, including cutting, threading, and soldering pipes.

Project Collaboration:


Work alongside contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget. Collaborate on large-scale installations or repairs.

Customer Service:


Interact with clients to provide plumbing solutions that meet their needs. Offer expert advice and recommendations for improving system efficiency and longevity.

Preventive Maintenance:


Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to avoid downtime and expensive repairs.

Documentation & Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of all plumbing services performed, including repairs, installations, inspections, and maintenance and complete on PDA.

Qualifications:



Experience:


Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a commercial plumber or in a similar role with certification.

Physical Requirements:


Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, stand for long periods.
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Communication:


Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
