We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks or malfunctions. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction or renovation projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls. Educate clients on proper maintenance of their plumbing systems.

Skills

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials. Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 250.00 per day

Expected hours: 08.00 - 17.00 per week
