Established in 2017, Greenview is a provider of mechanical and electrical installation, heating installation and servicing, property maintenance and a range of sustainable energy solutions, including domestic energy efficiency services. With around 130 employees, the company generated revenues of approx. EUR 36m in 2023. The Group is targeting significant organic and inorganic growth with an ambition to achieve 100m revenue. The Commercial Plumber/ Pipe fitter is an integral part of the team. This role requires an individual to be able to multitask and prioritise workload due to the nature of this busy role. This role will be on-site at various locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities for Commercial Plumber / Pipe fitter:

Carrying out PPM & Remedial works on contracts throughout Northern Ireland Response maintenance as and when required Carry out works to high quality standards as per client specification Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by management to ensure the efficient running of the business This is a full-time post, working 37.5 hours per week Carrying out work according to Greenview's policies and procedures Company van and mobile phone is included Fault finding / remedial works on commercial plumbing / heating systems Installation of commercial plumbing / heating systems Competitive rates, to be discussed, depending on experience Willingness to join on-call rota Overtime available Career development opportunities

Essential Criteria

Recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation Excellent communication skills Ability to demonstrate good team ethos Full driving license Experience in electronic software Experience in a similar role

Desirable Criteria

It would be advantageous for the candidate to have:

Experience in fault finding Experience in Measured Term Contracts Experience in Education and Commercial sectors Valid CSR / CSCS Card
