inovolt are a commercial facilities maintenance servicing company based in Havant, we offer our services to commercial customers across the areas of Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers, we have retained many of our customers for 10-20 years. we have three divisions including building, mechanical and electrical. Our work is a mixture of reactive, project, installation and servicing.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team, due to an increase in our customer base and workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The ideal applicant will possess practical skills in using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry, ensuring all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality.

Duties



Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Diagnosing faults within plumbing systems and implementing effective solutions. Using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry skills to carry out installations and repairs. Performing heavy lifting tasks safely when handling materials or equipment. Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues before they develop into major problems. Assembling plumbing components accurately according to technical specifications. Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations. Assisting with the installation of mechanical systems where required. Maintaining detailed records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements



Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair work. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely on site. Knowledge of assembly processes related to plumbing components. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments. Relevant qualifications or certifications in plumbing or related trades. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
