Contract: Part-time; 3 days per week for 6 weeks, with possibility of extension.


Reports to: Senior Global Production Manager

Works with: Senior Client Services, Sales, and Commercial Creative



Supercar Blondie is seeking a Commercial Production Coordinator to support the production of branded campaigns across multiple platforms.


You'll be the logistical backbone of the commercial team; handling production paperwork; coordinating schedules; and ensuring smooth communication between production, client services, and creative.


This role requires someone highly organised, detail-driven, and capable of working independently under the guidance of the Senior Global Production Manager.


What You'll Do

Manage and maintain all production paperwork; including permits, release forms, crew contracts, and supplier documentation Support scheduling and timeline coordination across multiple campaigns Track deliverables and milestones in partnership with Client Services Handle supplier coordination, bookings, and purchase orders with minimal supervision Maintain accurate production records, trackers, and delivery logs Liaise internally to ensure information and approvals flow efficiently across departments Provide proactive support to the Senior Global Production Manager with logistics and reporting Assist with budget management and reconciling, ensuring projects are delivered in margin.
What You'll Bring

Experience as a Production Coordinator or Junior Producer within a commercial or branded content environment Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with digital content and social-first campaign production Knowledge of UAE production workflows and local supplier networks is a strong plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills; proactive, reliable, and adaptable under pressure * Must be prepared to work occasional weekends and outside of normal working hours due to global clients.
