CK Group are looking for a experienced Oncology Commercial Project Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company, on a permanent and hybrid basis in West London.

As the Oncology Business Support Manager, you will work closely with the Head ofOncology and the UK Oncology Leadership Team to drive excellence in project management, optimize business activities, and support strategic initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless execution of brand planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align and support country teams in Brand Planning and Launch Readiness processes.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into project charters and develop project plans.
• Maintain project tracking and prioritize Global or above country projects.
• Contribute to the long-term strategic evolution of the Business Unit.
• Act as the initial point of contact with Alliance stakeholders when required.
• Continuously evaluate and adapt working practices to meet changing business needs.
• Support the implementation of change processes and concepts as necessary.
• Collate commercial insights and market research plans across relevant departments.
• Actively participate in Supply & Operations meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support the Medical Director in tracking and optimizing medical excellence and potential projects.

Qualifications and Skills:\xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in operational processes and project management.

• Strong commercial acumen and business decision-making skills.
• Track record of influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a professionalservices consultancy role.
• MBA or related advanced degree.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master).
