Job Description
Our client, a leading City firm with a highly ranked, full-service real estate practice, is looking to recruit an experienced commercial property associate, with at least 4 years\' PQE from another well-regarded City or regional commercial property practice. This role will involve leading on a wide range of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of investment property and handling lease negotiations on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants. The commercial real estate practice is popular amongst associates coming from the largest City firms looking to retain a quality commercial property practice but to work in a more collegiate, balanced working environment.
