P/T 3(or4) day week - Tues/Weds/Thurs(Friday) (NO WEEKENDS)

Package

Salary: Pro rata 30,000 rising to 33,000 upon completion of probationary period.

OTE: 45,000 (Uncapped Commissions)

Car Allowance: 2,900 p/a

About us

RVA Surveyors are independent business rates reduction specialists operating throughout England & Wales and based in Manchester.

We provide our services to commercial property owners and tenants to reduce their historic and future business rates liabilities. To date we have been engaged by over 47,000 properties and achieved savings in excess of 350 million, with almost half of our reductions coming in as little as four weeks.

Who are we looking for?

This fantastic opportunity is perfect for a confident, highly motivated and adaptable individual with a proven track record of both face to face and B2B sales. You must have the ability to build rapport and engage with a wide range of business owners & leaders and imparting clear and consistent information to prospective clients during appointments.

A full clean driving license is essential for the role, as you will be expected to travel throughout the Greater London area.

The role

You will be provided qualified appointments within your region that have been made by our team of highly focused Property Advisors. You will be meeting with prospective clients to undertake an initial property profile and presentation with the client to engage them with our services.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
