Blue Pencil Legal SearchBlue Pencil is partnering with a leading offshore law firm to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join its respected Property team. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions and support colleagues across residential conveyancing, property litigation, and corporate real estate matters. You'll manage transactions from instruction to completion, mentor junior lawyers, and play an active role in the firm's business development and client engagement strategy.
This position suits a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer with around 46 years PQE (UK, Commonwealth, or offshore qualified). You'll have solid experience in commercial property transactions, ideally with some exposure to the Channel Islands or similar offshore markets. Excellent drafting skills, strong organisational ability, and a collaborative attitude are essential.
