The Opportunity:

This is a rare chance for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer (6+ PQE) to join a dynamic team in a role that offers:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales/acquisitions, landlord & tenant, and property finance. Provide property support on corporate transactions and cross-departmental projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions. Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and networking.

Ideal Candidate:

- 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property, trained at a City, West End, or top regional firm.
- Proven experience managing complex transactions independently.
- Strong client management skills, with an interest in cultivating HNWI/retail sector clients.
- Business development acumen - a following is advantageous but not essential.
-Proactive, commercially minded, and thrives in a collaborative boutique setting.
