The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Commercial Property Litigation Paralegal

to join our busy team. You will work closely with experienced solicitors, supporting them in all aspects of commercial property disputes, including leasehold, landlord and tenant issues, property contracts, and other related litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation and management of commercial property litigation cases. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Conducting legal research and case law reviews relevant to property disputes. Liaising with clients, third parties, and courts efficiently and professionally. Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial property litigation is essential. Strong understanding of property law and litigation procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Legal qualification or paralegal certification is advantageous.
