We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial, office and residential properties across north Kent. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, tenant liaison, service charge administration, and asset performance of the portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and value for both landlords and occupiers.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Oversee rent collection, arrears management, site inspections and small works.
Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets and reconciliations.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facilities management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
Support asset management initiatives to maximise property value and tenant satisfaction.
Liaise with solicitors, contractors, and surveyors as required.
Prepare financial and performance reports for clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or similar role within the UK property sector.
Strong knowledge of commercial leases, service charge management, and landlord/tenant law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
MRICS qualification (desirable but not essential).
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites as required.
