We are a growing family run property investment company operating a mix of commercial and industrial tenants including container storage, industrial units, and large open storage areas. We're looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on manager to take ownership of operational procedures and help us scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Office
Monitor lease renewals and rent reviews
Advertising for and onboarding of new occupiers
Monitor lease and license compliance
Site Maintenance
Manage automated gate entry systems
Create and manage the execution of management systems for:
Weekly site inspections
Cleaning and grounds care
Drainage, water and electrical systems inspections
Contractor Coordination
Organise tasks for internal and external contractors
Set up systems to ensure timely execution
Distribute weekly / monthly task schedules
Business & Project Development
Identify and research new sites for lease or purchase
Coordinate planning applications and liaise with consultants
Research materials and make purchases
Search Engine Optimisation & brand awareness campaigns
Financial Support - training available as required
Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts
Assist with accounts, VAT, payroll, and project budgets
Track rent payments, prepare invoices, and manage arrears
Maintain monthly revenue spreadsheets
What We're Looking For
Excellent IT and Excel skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Willingness to spend some of your time on-site conducting inspections
Social media skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
