We are excited to be recruiting for a full time Paralegal to join our busy Commercial Property team, based in our Fakenham office. This is a growth position and the successful candidate will join our established and friendly team.

The role will provide someone with an excellent opportunity to develop their skills and experience within commercial property and work on a busy and varied caseload. Working alongside the Partners of the team, you will be given full day to day support and any additional training needed.

Main duties will include:

Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence

Liaising with clients, other lawyers and third parties.

Attending to clients both face to face and over the telephone and providing such support in a professional and friendly manner, in keeping with the firm's standards for client care.

Administering file management and ensuring case management system is kept up to date.

Complying with the procedures set out in the firm's Office Manual, professional standards and an requirement set out by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Maintaining the strictest standards of client confidentiality at all times.

Attending and contributing to team meetings.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working as a paralegal within a property department and must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
