Guest Walker Limited is a firm of solicitors providing legal services to businesses and individuals from its offices on and around the Shambles in York. The company specialises in commercial property, residential property and life planning (private client) legal work. Guest Walker has been established since 1981 and employs around 30 individuals including solicitors, other legal advisors / fee earners and support staff. In April 2025, we became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) one of only a handful of UK Law firms to have done so. An EOT means the firm is now run for the benefit of our staff, who will share financially in the success of the company, whilst ensuring we maintain our high-quality client service.
