You'll join a dynamic and well-established Commercial property team with the autonomy to shape your own caseload and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the firm. With substantial investment in talent, technology and infrastructure, this is an ideal platform for an experienced commercial property solicitor or legal executive seeking the next step in their career.
Whether you're an established partner or an ambitious senior associate ready for promotion, this firm will support your progression with a clear pathway and access to quality work from day one.What You'll Need:

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Proven track record of managing a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work and development projects
• A commercial approach and strong client relationship skills
• Leadership capabilities and/or aspirations to develop and grow a team

What's on Offer:

• Basic salary between xc2xa380,000 and xc2xa3140,000 (DOE)
• On-target earnings exceeding xc2xa3180,000
• Fully expensed company car
• 28 days holiday plus statutory leave
• Generous pension contributions (7%)
