The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join a reputable and successful firm in Birmingham. You will manage a varied, high-quality caseload of Commercial Property work while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions.
Handle purchases and sales of property and businesses.
Conduct due diligence and oversee all aspects of the transaction process.
Draft commercial leases, licences, and agreements.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the department.
Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Essential Skills & Experience
Purchases and sales (property and businesses)
Landlord and tenant work
Lease assignments and transfers
Lease renewals
Land development transactions
Drafting commercial leases, licences, and agreements
Due diligence and transaction management
Desirable Skills
Experience handling pharmacy purchases and sales
Salary dependant on experience.

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
