Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor (4 PQE) to join a well-established Agriculture & Estates team in Cardiff. The team is experiencing strong growth and now requires additional support on a wide range of transactional matters, including sales, purchases, mortgages, agricultural tenancies, and estate management.
You'll also work on succession planning, rural land diversification projects, conservation arrangements, and emerging natural capital opportunities. The role provides access to high-quality rural work and the chance to help drive forward the development of the department's transactional offering.
Responsibilities

Managing a broad caseload across agricultural and rural property matters
Advising on estate management and tenancy issues
Supporting clients involved in conservation and land development projects
Sharing technical knowledge and contributing to business development

About You

4 years PQE ideally
Experience in agricultural or rural property work (or broader property experience with rural exposure)
Strong drafting and technical skills
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Commercially minded, organised and proactive
