Commercial Property Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE

Locations: Elstead, Amersham, or Leighton Buzzard

Elite Law Solicitors is expanding its Commercial Property Team and is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic firm with a strong reputation in the property sector.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to be based in Elstead, Amersham, or Leighton Buzzard, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

:

Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.

Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements and other property-related legal documents.

Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions and provide clear, practical advice to clients.

Manage property portfolios, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and day-to-day asset management issues.

Support clients with property finance matters, including refinancing and loan security arrangements.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Proactively generate new business opportunities for the firm and contribute to its continued growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other key referrers.

Contribute to the development of the firm's commercial property offering by:

Networking within the business community and with referral sources to raise the firm's profile. Supporting marketing initiatives and contributing ideas to attract new work. Identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities across practice areas.
Take ownership of your own professional development and ensure compliance with continuing professional education requirements.

Where applicable, supervise and support junior staff and contribute to their training and development.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial property law

Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters

Excellent client care and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive and commercially minded approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 60,000.00 per year
