A leading Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join its successful and well-established real estate team.

The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and property finance.
- Advise a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
- Opportunity to contribute to business development and mentor junior staff.
- 2-6 years' PQE in commercial property (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
- Confident handling files independently and delivering excellent client service.
- Commercially minded and keen to grow within a Legal 500 team.
- Hybrid working (2-3 days office based).
