Commercial Property Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, 90,000+ (DOE) - This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded national firm on a broad and exciting range of high-value matters. JOB REF:1510.
THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
Support the team in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and team members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and identifying opportunities for further growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE and substantial experience in a leading real estate team.
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and mentor others effectively.
Commercially astute, confident, and personable, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative approach to client service and team leadership.
