We are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor (2-3 years PQE) to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property matters, with the added benefit of residential property experience. You will be working on a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development, and refinancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documents Managing freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion Assisting with residential conveyancing matters as needed Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
2-3 years PQE in commercial property (essential) Exposure to residential property work (desirable) Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and collaborative team player
