Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Greater Manchester, up to c70,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge. My client is seeking a talented individual with 5+ years PQE to join a highly regarded Real Estate team. JOB REF:0287.

- You will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant, development agreements and bank funding and pension purchases.
