Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Solicitor role in their Llandudno office.
This practice has a variety of dedicated teams to support any of their clients needs. They are committed to their long-lasting client relationships and provide a service that keeps clients coming back.
Due to the continued success of the firm's Commercial Property department, they are looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor who are looking for a long-term opportunity to join the reputable, thriving team. About the role
Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working in a team that work on a range of Commercial Property clients nationally and running your own caseload including:

Investment work
Acquisitions
Disposals
Sales and purchases
Lease matters

About You
The successful candidate will be at an NQ level and has previous experience within Commercial Property law, is highly organised and able to demonstrate fantastic technical expertise. You will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience Commercial Property as a Paralegal or have completed a seat during your Training Contract.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential.
