About the firm:

We recruit on behalf of a prominent Sussex law practice, with offices across the South Coast. Their real estate / property team is a core pillar of their business, offering residential and commercial services. The commercial property arm is growing and seeks capable fee-earners to support increasing demand.

The role:

You will join the Commercial Property team, working on a broad range of property and real estate matters, including:

Sale, purchase and leasing of commercial premises Landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, dilapidations) Property development agreements, planning / development work Portfolio reviews and acquisitions / disposals for clients Advising on property finance, securities, charges Working collaboratively with other teams (corporate, litigation, planning)

About you:

Qualified fee-earner or fully admitted solicitor with commercial property experience Solid track record in handling leases, development agreements, acquisitions / disposals Strong technical drafting, negotiation and client skills Good awareness of property law and commercial real estate market Ability to manage own matters, prioritise and meet deadlines Ideally located in or willing to commute to Worthing / Horsham
