Our Cirencester team is comprised of skilled Solicitors, Legal Secretaries, and a dedicated support staff collaborating seamlessly with our offices across various locations.



Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor eager to advance in their career. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in handling commercial property matters and demonstrate the capability to progress from Solicitor to Associate and potentially to Partner level, or already hold an Associate or Partner position.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial property/ agricultural cases, managing them from inception to successful conclusion.

Conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documentation, and offer expert guidance to clients.

Collaborate with clients, property experts, and relevant stakeholders to construct robust cases.

Provide mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering their growth and contributing to the team's overall success.
