Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Full-time Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial law and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role is pivotal in providing legal advice to clients on various commercial matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business operations with sound legal guidance.

Duties

Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial contracts and agreements, including terms and conditions, supply agreements, and service contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to safeguard the interests of clients. Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and mitigate legal risks. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect commercial practices. Assist in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and litigation when necessary.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Proven experience in commercial law or a related field is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
