Job Description
AJ Chambers are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Associate to join the growing team of experts at this highly regarded, silver circle, law firm in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to handle a wide range of complex real estate transactions and provide outstanding legal advice to clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling high-value commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, and leasing
- Providing advice on a range of real estate law issues, including property development, landlord and tenant law, and planning law
- Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1.5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in real estate law at a city firm
- Excellent technical knowledge of real estate law and the ability to apply it in a practical and commercial manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
