We are partnering with a highly respected international law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Real Estate Development Associate (4+ PQE) for its thriving Cheltenham office. The Role
You will join a well-established Real Estate team that handles sophisticated development matters, often involving large-scale residential-led schemes and strategic land projects.
The role will involve working closely with specialist partners whose practice centre on complex regeneration and high-value development acquisitions. You will take on meaningful responsibility, supported by a well-structured team of partners, senior associates, associates, trainees and paralegals.
About You
A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ PQE in commercial real estate development Experienced in regeneration and development, ideally including work for housebuilders Confident working autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team Highly organised and capable of managing multiple files Skilled at communicating clearly, managing stakeholders and delivering client-centred service
