to join our recovery and breakdown support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers in need -- attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and carrying out minor roadside repairs to get vehicles moving again. You'll be working independently out in the field, so confidence, initiative, and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Key Duties
Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicles on-site
Diagnose and repair minor faults where possible (batteries, tyres, electrical, etc.)
Arrange recovery or towing if on-site repair isn't feasible
Maintain accurate job records and reports using mobile systems
Provide excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept in safe and working order
Liaise with the control team and keep customers informed of progress
Follow all health & safety guidelines and company procedures
Skills & Requirements
? Proven mechanical or roadside repair experience (light or heavy vehicles)
? Level 2 or 3 NVQ/City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent (preferred)
?Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
?Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Valid UK driving licence (Category B essential; C or C1 preferred)
? Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and occasional call-outs
? Calm under pressure with a "can-do" attitude
? Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
