Job Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer (Specialising in Roofing)

ATI Maintenance is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. While a large part of the role will focus on roofing, you'll also get involved in general maintenance, building works, plumbing, and other hands-on tasks across a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out roofing repairs and installations across domestic and commercial properties Spot and diagnose faults in roofs and guttering Use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently Assist with general maintenance, plumbing, and building work as needed Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard Always adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

What We're Looking For:

Experience in roofing is essential IPAF & PASMA cards required Strong understanding of roofing techniques and materials Comfortable and confident using a wide range of power tools and hand tools Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads and work at heights Experience in other trades (plumbing, carpentry, general building) is a big bonus Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Working Hours & Travel Expectations:

This is not a standard 9-5 role -- workdays can be long or short depending on the project While most work is local, projects can take you across England, Scotland, and Wales Staying away from home is sometimes required (accommodation provided) Weekend work is also available Please note: we cannot guarantee you'll be home by 5pm every day

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
