Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join our established team at the Wymondham office. Working in the Commercial Sales department you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a Sales position, taking orders both over the phone and processing email orders.
Once fully trained the role will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities:
Taking orders over the telephone from customers. Providing quotes to potential customers Processing email orders Working with third party customers, assisting with when deliveries can be made, invoice queries, dealing with any problems Database management, including updating phone numbers and addresses Management of customer accounts, identifying duplicate accounts and closing them Ensuring significant delivery directions are obtained from the customer Managing customer requests Co-operating with routing and ensure a flexible delivery schedule is maintained Updating RDCO statements Administration duties
Qualifications and Experience:
IT literate - Essential Customer service experience - Essential Administrative experience - Preferred
Personal Qualities:
Ability to work under pressure - Preferred Confident dealing with customers and colleagues - Essential Good communication skills - Essential Attention to detail - Essential

Pay: 12.71-13.21 per hour
