We're looking for commercially minded salespeople who enjoy developing opportunities, progressing conversations, and closing business -- while building relationships that lead to repeat and future work.
Industry experience isn't essential. Full training is provided.
What matters most is sales instinct, good judgement, and the motivation to see things through.
The Role
You'll:
Convert warm inbound enquiries, responding quickly to buying signals
Take ownership of opportunities from first contact through to PO received
Revisit dormant or previously lost opportunities and re-open conversations
Develop self-generated opportunities over time as your confidence and market knowledge grow
Build strong, credible relationships that lead to repeat and future business
Prepare and follow through on quotes with a clear intent to close
Attend site visits where there is genuine commercial value and intent
Keep your pipeline accurate and up to date, with realistic forecasting
This is not a purely reactive sales role. It's about progression, judgement, and results.
What We're Looking For

Are sales-driven and outcome-focused
Enjoy working with a mix of inbound opportunities and proactive development
Understand how strong relationships convert into long-term revenue
Take ownership of your performance rather than waiting for instruction
Are confident picking up conversations others have dropped
Are comfortable being predominantly office-based, with purposeful site visits
You Don't Need
Environmental or fuel industry experience
A scripted or overly process-heavy sales environment
Years of existing industry contacts
You Do Need
Solid sales fundamentals (B2B or B2C)
The discipline to follow up properly and consistently
A mindset that naturally asks: "How do I move this forward?"*
