Boleyn Recovery & Fleet Services Ltd is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Service Manager to oversee service delivery across our retail fleet workshop and support teams.
We work with blue-light services, local authorities, commercial fleets and logistics operators. This role is key to maintaining strong operational performance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee job intake, estimates, portals and work scheduling
Act as lead point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
Support pricing, parts planning and warranty processes
Monitor productivity and workshop performance
Ensure high service standards and compliance with procedures
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Support technical queries and ensure timely resolution
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in fleet maintenance / commercial vehicle service operations
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organisational ability and commercial awareness
Ability to manage job flow and engineering productivity
Experience with workshop management systems (RTC or Apex preferred, equivalents also suitable)
Calm, structured and professional approach
