Job Description

A respected City firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 1-2 years' PQE to join its busy commercial team on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain exposure to high-quality work across a range of sectors, with strong supervision and development support.

Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. supply, services, SaaS, licensing)
Advising on contract risk, compliance, and regulatory issues
Supporting corporate transactions with commercial input
Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders across sectors
Contributing to know-how and business development initiatives

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-2 years PQE
Solid grounding in commercial law, ideally gained at a City or leading regional firm
Strong drafting and communication skills
Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
Available to start within the next 1-2 months
