The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor to lead and support a varied portfolio of clients on their commercial matters. You will work closely with clients on their day to day business contracts, terms and conditions, data protection matters, intellectual property matters and compliance and risk management, providing strategic advice that aligns with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including terms of business and supply contracts Providing specialist advice on intellectual property, data protection, and compliance issues Supporting corporate transactions and due diligence processes Managing client relationships and mentoring and supporting more junior team members Helping shape the continued growth of our commercial practice

About You

Qualified solicitor (at least 3 years PQE or equivalent) with strong commercial law experience Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills A strategic thinker with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
