We are seeking a Commercial Strategy Senior Manager to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying & driving strategic initiatives across renowned consumer brands like Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, Bwin and Party globally.

Own and deliver high priority, cross functional projects that are crucial to the company's success. These include but are not limited to transformational projects, growth initiatives and operational models Establish structured yet flexible frameworks to manage initiatives efficiently while adapting to a fast-changing business environment Use data driven insights to support leadership in refining and updating commercial strategy Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action. Synthesize the different strands of complex business performance data, strategic initiatives, and market trends into clear and compelling narratives

Qualifications

Experience in a top tier consulting firm (c.5-7 years) Experience in Digital Marketing or Real Money Gaming preferred Thrives in both high level strategy discussion and hands - on execution Adept at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
