Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Structure Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands on role that involves working across all phases of installation, from assisting groundworkers to erecting steel and glulam frames, applying final finishes such as PVC fabric or cladding.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation and groundworks. Apply PVC structural steel and glulam timber components. Apply PVC fabric coverings and cladding systems. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans. Work at height and all UK weather conditions. Collaborate with crane operators, welders and other trades. Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

Requirements

Proven experience in structural installation or similar construction roles. Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with rigging, hoisting and fastening methods. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Ability to travel across UK and stay overnight(s) during normal working week when required. Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications (preferred). Full UK driving licence (required).

What We Offer

Competitive salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per year, depending on experience 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays). Accommodation and expense covered for overnight stays. Opportunities for training and career progression. A supportive and professional working environment.
