The Commercial Supply Chain Graduate will join the Supply Chain team to gain expertise in supply chain, logistics and inventory management. They will collaborate across departments to optimise processes, contribute to inventory management and gain hands-on experience in data analysis and supply chain management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with inventory management, production planning and distribution
Participates in cross-functional projects to optimise end-to-end supply chain operations
Analyses supply chain data to support decision making and process improvements
Develop and maintain reports on supply chain performance metrics
Confirms completion and tracking of supply chain supply-related documentation
Supports tasks related to product management such as new product introduction and life cycle management
Works with various cross-functional groups (such as Quality, Tech Ops, Regulatory, suppliers, etc.) to proactively and collaboratively resolve issues that may block the timely flow of materials or projects
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Clear enthusiasm and interest for the pharmaceutical industry
A keen interest in supply chain management and logistics
A team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships
Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic, keen to develop and learn
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Life Sciences
Typically requires 1 year or less experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
