Job Description

We are a family run business who has been designing market leading bar and glassware for the drinks industry and hospitality for 40 years. We work with some of the biggest drinks brands in the world. Our aim is to produce shapes that enhance the pleasure and enjoyment of the drinking experience.

You will be working across all areas of the organisation providing administrative support to an expanding team and rapidly growing business. No two days are ever the same and you will be expected to able to jump in and help whoever needs support across a wide variety of activities.

Key responsibilities



Finance administration; reconciling expenses, posting invoices, chasing outstanding debts. Shipping and Distribution administration; updating delivery schedules, chasing orders, liaising with national and international hauliers. Customer Service administration; using the CRM system, inputting customer orders, dealing with incoming enquiries, speaking with customers, updating customers' order status. Purchasing administration; monitoring stock levels across all warehouses and partners and taking appropriate action, liaising with supplier Marketing and Communications administration, monitoring social media channels, engaging with potential customers, running metric reports, helping set up and run trade shows

Skills, knowledge and experience



Excellent communication and customer service skills, both live and virtual, with the ability to constantly assess the needs of the customer. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent numeracy skills, in particular, accuracy and attention to detail A great team player with a "can do" attitude The ability to work with confidence on own initiative Maths and English GCSE Level C or equivalent Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Current right to work status in the UK is required Assisting sales account managers with day-to-day administrative tasks as and when required Working flexibly, taking on additional tasks as and when the business requires.

What pay and benefits do we offer?



This is a full-time, office-based role to enable close work with the team on-site so candidates should live within a 30-minute commute of our site just outside Royston, Herts.

Generous salary of circa 25,000 25 days holiday (5 days must be kept for the Christmas break) + 8 bank holidays Pension scheme - 5% contributed by employer when you contribute 3% Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday 6 additional half days per year for personal appointments, commitments etc. Free on-site Gym Membership Free on-site parking with access to electric car charging
