About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, target-driven Commercial Support Specialist to join our growing Debt Solutions Team. This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting operational performance, regulatory compliance and revenue delivery.

You will play a key part in managing and progressing high-value client cases, monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure FCA compliance and commercial success. Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive ongoing client cases with a current portfolio value of approximately 900,000 Attend all case handovers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the CRM system Oversee and collect monthly case management fees. Support the team in achieving recharge fee and revenue targets. Monitor team performance against targets, KPIs and service standards. Produce daily performance reports for Directors Work closely with the CFO to ensure full compliance with business and FCA standards Support complaint handling, compliance monitoring and CRM governance Proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement Challenge performance where necessary and raise concerns appropriately Complete administrative and operational tasks to support departmental financial objectives

About You

You will be a confident, proactive and highly organised individual with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. You will be comfortable working with financial data, performance measures and CRM systems and enjoy working in a structured, target-driven environment.
