Established 1991. We are the leading agents advising owners and tenants on sales, lettings, acquisitions and lease events for office and industrial buildings. We operate mainly in the A1(M) corridor in Hertfordshire from Potters bar to Letchworth.

Role

This is a newly created role designed to provide administrative and professional support to three surveyors. The duties will be varied and are expected to evolve over time with the potential to include attendance at property viewings and assistance with negotiations.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a proactive approach to and a willingness to engage with all aspects of the business, including general office administration, team support and the development and monitoring of core business activities.

Skills

Good general business knowledge with a strong aptitude for commercial matters.

A positive and proactive business attitude.

Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to

communicate effectively with colleagues, existing clients and external enquiries.

Good IT skills, including accurate typing and general office software proficiency.

Ideally a good geographical knowledge of central Hertfordshire.

Ideally residing in St Albans, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City or Potters Bar.

Full driving licence and access to a car.

No previous related experience is essential.
