*Due to the nature of the role a driver licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

We are recruiting a Commercial Training Manager to lead and shape mental health training that makes a real difference. This is your opportunity to combine creativity with strategy.

You will manage a dynamic team, oversee financial performance and reporting, and bring fresh ideas to grow our commercial training. If you're passionate about mental health, skilled in business development we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement a commercial training strategy to achieve ambitious income targets.

?Identify and secure new business opportunities for mental health and wellbeing training across sectors (corporate, public, voluntary).

?Create and deliver engaging, evidence-based training programs tailored for external audiences (e.g., mental health awareness, resilience, workplace wellbeing).

?Develop and refine training products based on market needs, emerging mental health trends, and client feedback.

?Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for training services.

?Drive income growth by monitoring training sales against targets, reporting regularly to senior leadership, and ensuring accountability for results.

?Lead financial planning and budget management for the training portfolio to maximise cost-effectiveness and profitability.
