Tire Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tyres on various vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities

Perform tyre installations, rotations, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to assess wear and damage. Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Assist in heavy lifting of tyres and equipment as required. Keep accurate records of services performed and inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in tyre fitting or automotive repair preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 kg) safely and efficiently. Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to tyre maintenance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: 27,000.00-40,000.00 per year
