Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing tires on various vehicles amongst the fleet Bin wagons, Tippers and Artics etc. candidate must have a full standard car licence as you will be expected to cover breakdowns roadside on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Use power tools to remove and fit tyres
- Perform tyre repairs and replacements
- Conduct Fleet checks
- Inspect tyres for wear and damage
Experience
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Capable of heavy lifting
- Prior experience in tyre fitting or mechanical knowledge is advantageous
Job is based on a 40 hour contract with daily overtime with hours working monday to friday 6am till 5pm with saturdays when required with given notice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.64-18.96 per hour
