About The Role


Responsibilities:


Sell a wide range of commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs


Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements


Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales


Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products


Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals


Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets


Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions


Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction


Candidate Requirements:


Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment


Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people


Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities


Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments


Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)


Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales


Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English)


Full valid UK driving licence

Required Criteria


At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
Full valid driving license required
A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
Strong planning and organisational skills#
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
Positive, confident, determined approach
Driven to meet targets
Time management skills
Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
